Sacred Heart Hospital’s medical gas policy is to ensure the provision of safe and reliable medical gas pipeline system, cylinders, associated equipments and their safe and effective operation and use.
- The hospital has a full pledged functional and centralized medical gas system in all critical care areas, OT, recovery, Labour room, Nursery and Private rooms. Medical gases are procured and used in cylinders in other patient care areas.
- International colour coding system is used for different types of gases.
